Our Service - How it works

We offer a professional and friendly service. This is how the Gatwick valet parking service works:

Outbound Procedure

Please call the valet parking contact number on your confirmation email a minimum of 20 minutes before arriving at the airport to reconfirm your arrival time.

i) South Terminal

On approach to the south terminal please stay in the right hand lane and remain on the lower level. Proceed to the end of the tunnel . On the left hand side there is a courtesy Car Drop Off area . To the right and left of this there is a waiting area where you will be met by the driver.

ii) North Terminal

On approach to the North Terminal please keep to the lane marked Cars Only . Proceed to the end of this lane where you will find a waiting area on the left hand side. You will be met here by the driver.

Inbound Procedure

Please call valet parking contact number on your confirmation email once you have collected your luggage. We will require 20 minutes notice to return your car to the pick up point.
